our monthly GoCimo payment is €295 + €0.046 per kilometre. For example:
500 km: approximately €318
1,000 km: approximately €341
1,500 km: approximately €364
2,000 km: approximately €387
2,500 km: approximately €410
Any vehicle allowance you receive is paid separately and can reduce your effective monthly cost.

The allowance is paid through your rider or employment arrangement—not by GoCimo. Your eligibility and final amount depend on the kilometres accepted by your employer or agency.

GoCimo currently operates three battery-swap locations in Amsterdam. Check the map above to see where they are.

GoCimo monitors its stations to reduce this risk. If a station temporarily has no charged battery, the app will direct you to the nearest station with batteries available. During unusually high demand, you may receive the battery with the highest available charge instead of one at 100%.

A fully charged battery will generally take you about 40 km. Your actual range depends on temperature, riding style, load and road conditions, so plan your swap before the battery becomes too low.

Yes. In the Netherlands, you need a valid AM moped licence or a valid A or B licence that allows you to ride a moped.

Yes. Third-party liability insurance for the rental moped is included in the monthly subscription and applies to the agreed use, subject to the insurance and subscription terms. Only the approved rider is covered, and a fee or excess may apply if you make a claim.

Report the theft to GoCimo immediately and follow the instructions for making a police and insurance report. A fee or insurance excess will apply.
To keep the insurance valid, you must lock the steering with the key, secure the moped with the supplied class 3 lock and lock the seat.

Stop riding if the moped is unsafe and contact GoCimo. GoCimo works with a professional local service partner and will help you arrange an inspection and repair according to your subscription terms.

A replacement moped is not automatically guaranteed. GoCimo will confirm whether a temporary replacement is available based on the repair and current fleet availability.

This depends on the price plan and offer you select. If a deposit or signup fee applies, the exact amount will be shown before you confirm your subscription.

Your subscription continues until it is cancelled under the terms of your agreement. The exact contract and notice terms will be shown before you sign.

Yes. You can cancel at any time. You remain responsible for charges through the end of the current calendar month, and fees already paid are non-refundable.

No. The standard personal subscription covers only the registered rider. Letting someone else use the moped breaches the agreement and invalidates the insurance.

After your application is approved and a moped is ready, GoCimo will contact you with the collection date, location and anything you need to bring. Please wait for confirmation before travelling to collect the moped.
